- Provide exceptional customer support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats in French language.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.
Desired Candidate Profile
- C1 certification in French language (CEFR).
- 1-6 years of experience in a similar role providing customer support in French language.
- Strong understanding of English language (written & spoken) for effective communication with international clients.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings from Monday to Friday
- Experience working with an International BPO/Call Centre workplace.
