Job DescriptionCascade Logistics is looking for a Freight Forwarding Executive to join our team and support our Air and Sea Freight operations.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics, with practical knowledge of freight operations, rate negotiations, and pricing for Air and Sea shipments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day Air & Sea Freight Operations.
- Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, airlines, agents, and other logistics partners.
- Obtain and evaluate freight rates for Air and Sea shipments.
- Conduct rate negotiations with carriers, agents, and service providers.
- Prepare and manage freight quotations and pricing.
- Follow up on shipments and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate operational and pricing records.
- Support the team in developing competitive freight solutions for clients.

Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years in Freight Forwarding / Logistics.




- Qualification: Graduate.
- Practical knowledge of Air Freight and Sea Freight operations.
- Experience with freight pricing and rate negotiations.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments/tasks.
