Role Overview

Well Cargo LLC is hiring an experienced US Freight Broker to handle live execution across OTR lanes and intermodal drayage operations. You will negotiate spot rates, source carrier capacity, and prevent accessorial fees.

Key Responsibilities

- Book and negotiate carrier capacity using DAT, Truckstop, and direct contacts.
- Track port/rail drayage loads; monitor LFD/ERD to eliminate demurrage and per diem fees.
- Manage dispatch, check-ins, and tracking for nationwide FTL/LTL shipments.
- Resolve transit exceptions, port congestion, and delays in real time.

Requirements

- Fresher or 1 year of hands-on experience in US OTR and Drayage brokerage.
- Solid understanding of US geography, port/rail procedures, and FMCSA rules.
- Strong English communication skills for US night-shift operations.
