We’re hiring Freight Broker Trainees to work closely with our Senior Freight Brokers and learn the business from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

- Prospect and cold call US businesses to identify current shipping opportunities

- Speak with customers about their logistics and transportation requirements

- Work alongside Senior Freight Brokers on active loads

- Assist in carrier sourcing, load coverage, rate negotiation, and follow-ups

- Help coordinate loads from booking to delivery

- Learn how freight brokerage works in the US market, including customers, carriers, lanes, pricing, and operations

Who We’re Looking For

- Strong spoken English and communication skills

- Comfortable cold calling US businesses

- Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers

- Eager to learn and build a career in logistics

- Energetic, persistent, and target-oriented

- Prior logistics or US calling experience is a plus, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome

- Must be comfortable working US night shifts

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
