Role Description This is a full-time, on-site freelancer copy writer role based in Noida. The copy writer will craft clear, compelling copy for digital and print channels, including website pages, landing pages, email campaigns, SMS templates, social media posts, and marketing collateral. Daily tasks include understanding product features, translating technical concepts into accessible language, writing and revising copy, and aligning messaging with brand voice and communication goals.

The role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop customer-oriented narratives, optimize copy for engagement and conversion,



and maintain consistency across all communication touchpoints. The copy writer is expected to manage deadlines, respond to feedback, and continuously refine content based on performance data and stakeholder input.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in copywriting, content writing, and creative writing for digital and print channels.
- Ability to translate complex technical or product information into explicit, user-friendly language.
- Experience writing for marketing campaigns, customer communications, and multi-channel messaging (SMS, email, web, social).
- Proficiency in basic content research and audience understanding to tailor messages effectively.
- Excellent command of written English, with strong grammar, structure, and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines, maintain a consistent tone of voice, and adapt style to different formats.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and incorporating feedback constructively.
- Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines on-site.
- Previous experience in SaaS, communication technology, or B2B marketing is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
