We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring requirements. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and helping us identify the right talent for various positions.
Key Responsibilities
Understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screening and understand their skills, experience, and availability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.
Meet agreed recruitment targets and timelines.
Provide regular updates on candidate status and recruitment progress.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate screening.
Ability to source candidates independently.
Good knowledge of job portals and social media recruitment.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Previous recruitment experience is an advantage, but freshers with good communication and sourcing skills can also apply.
Compensation
Freelance / Performance-based compensation depending on successful candidate placements and agreed terms.
