Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop recent business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

- Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, operations, and finance to ensure seamless delivery of services.

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in Business Development Management or related field (FMCG industry preferred).

- MS/M.Sc(Science) or MBA/PGDM in Marketing degree required; relevant certifications an asset.

- Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and growing revenue streams.
