Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Talent Acquisition Recruiter. The Freelance Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the entirety of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new candidates. The Freelance Talent Acquisition Recruiter will develop and maintain strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure an efficient and positive experience for all parties involved.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter or similar role

- Extensive knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates

- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
- A strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Several years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
