We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to work with our women’s fashion business on a freelance, work-from-anywhere basis .
This is a hands-on role. We need someone who can independently manage the complete marketplace process — from seller account enrolment to product listing and getting products live.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketplace Enrolment & Setup
- Seller account registration and onboarding
- Marketplace account setup and configuration
- Category/brand approvals
- Shipping, returns and payment setup
Product Catalogue & Listing
- Create and upload product catalogues
- Product titles, descriptions and specifications
- Category and attribute mapping
- SKU creation and management
- Size/colour/variation setup
- Size charts and HSN/GST details
- Pricing, MRP and inventory setup
- Product image uploads
- Marketplace SEO and keywords
Go-Live & Management
- Get products successfully approved and live
- Identify and fix listing/catalogue errors
- Handle suppressed/rejected listings
- Manage inventory and pricing updates
- Handle marketplace support tickets
- Monitor orders, returns and RTOs
- Maintain marketplace accounts and catalogues
MARKETPLACES Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio or other major marketplaces is preferred.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of hands-on marketplace experience preferred
- Experience with fashion/apparel marketplaces is highly preferred
- Must have independently handled marketplace seller accounts
- Should understand the complete process from account registration → catalogue creation → listing → approval → go-live
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Good communication and coordination skills
This is NOT a general digital marketing role. We are specifically looking for someone with real, practical marketplace experience .
