We are a food manufacturing company specializing in fruit pulp, fruit concentrates, IQF fruits and vegetables, frozen products, and other processed food ingredients. We are expanding our presence across leading e-commerce and online B2B platforms and are looking for an experienced E-commerce Product Listing Specialist to support this process.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Freelance / Temporary E-commerce Product Listing Specialist who can independently handle the end-to-end process of setting up e-commerce accounts, creating product listings, submitting products for approval, making them live, and maintaining them after launch.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with multiple e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms and understand the complete product onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and manage seller/vendor accounts on relevant e-commerce platforms.
- Handle the complete product listing process from account creation to products going live.
- Create and optimize product listings, including:Product titles, Product descriptions, Key features/highlights, Product specifications, Categories and attributes, Product images and creatives, Search keywords, Pricing and other required information.
- Upload and manage product documents, licenses, certifications, and other platform requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect the required product information and documentation.
- Handle product approval, corrections, rejections, and resubmissions.
- Ensure listings comply with individual platform guidelines and requirements.




- Maintain and update existing product listings, pricing, inventory, images, descriptions, and other details.
- Identify and resolve listing-related issues after products go live.
- Coordinate with platform support teams wherever required.
- Maintain proper records of product listings, account details, approvals, and pending actions.

Platforms Experience with one or more of the following platforms is preferred:

- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Blinkit
- BigBasket
- Zomato Hyperpure
- Other e-commerce, quick-commerce, and B2B marketplace platforms

Requirements

- Hands-on experience in e-commerce product listing and seller/vendor onboarding.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end e-commerce listing process.
- Experience handling product approvals, category mapping, attributes, documentation, and platform requirements.
- Ability to work independently and complete listings from account creation to product launch.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail, especially when handling product specifications, pricing, images, and documentation.
- Experience with food/FMCG product listings will be an added advantage.
