We are looking for an experienced Automation QA Engineer with strong hands-on TOSCA expertise to support automation testing for P&C; insurance software solutions. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently developing and maintaining TOSCA automation suites, supporting regression testing, analyzing failures, and integrating automation into CI/CD workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA.
- Build and enhance automation frameworks and regression suites.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects.
- Debug and maintain unreliable or failing automation scripts.
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
- Prepare test reports and document automation results.
- Collaborate with QA leads, developers, and project managers.
- Participate in test planning, defect triage, and release validation.
- Define test objectives, scope, and priorities.
- Support regression testing for software releases.
- Follow Agile testing methodologies and best practices.
- Mentor junior QA engineers when required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA automation processes.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA.
- TOSCA test case design, execution, maintenance, and result analysis.
- Automation testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Basic programming knowledge in Java, C#, or Python.
- Git / version control.
- CI/CD exposure with Jenkins, Bamboo, or Azure DevOps.
- Jira, HP ALM, or similar defect/test management tools.
- Strong regression testing experience.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Experience working in onsite-offshore environments.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior QA engineers.
