Role Description The Freelance AI Tool Trainer role at SNVA Group is a contract, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The trainer will design and deliver training sessions on AI tools(Claude, Lovavble) and platforms, including preparing practical exercises, demos, and learning materials for diverse learner groups. Day-to-day activities include assessing participant skill levels, tailoring content to their needs, and providing hands-on guidance to help them effectively use AI tools in real-world scenarios.

The role also involves documenting training outcomes, gathering feedback to improve future sessions,



and collaborating with internal teams to keep training content aligned with the latest AI developments and organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of AI concepts and common AI tools or platforms, with the ability to explain technical topics in clear, accessible language.
- Experience developing training curricula, instructional materials, and structured learning pathways for technical or software-related subjects.
- Proven facilitation and presentation skills, including managing group sessions, leading workshops, and supporting hands-on learning.
- Ability to assess learner needs, provide constructive feedback, and adapt training approaches for different experience levels.
- Comfort working on-site in Delhi, India and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant background in computer science, information technology, data science, or related fields; formal training or certifications in AI or training design are a plus.
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, mentor, or educator in technology-focused settings is highly beneficial.
