Through the VakeelSaab Lawyer App, advocates can manage consultations, communicate with clients, share documents, manage appointments and matters, track payments, and build their professional presence through a single digital platform.

We are expanding our network of verified advocates across India and are looking to onboard practising lawyers across multiple areas of law.

Role Overview

We are looking for practising advocates who are enrolled with a State Bar Council and are interested in providing professional legal consultations and legal services through the VakeelSaab platform.

Selected advocates will become part of VakeelSaab's verified lawyer network after completing our verification and approval process.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional legal consultations to clients assigned or connected through the platform.

Understand client concerns and provide appropriate legal guidance based on applicable laws.

Handle consultations through audio, video, chat, or scheduled appointments.

Review legal documents and case-related information where required.

Maintain timely and skilled communication with clients.

Update consultation and matter-related information through the VakeelSaab Lawyer App.

Maintain appropriate documentation for matters handled through the platform.

Follow applicable Bar Council rules, professional ethics, confidentiality requirements, and legal standards.

Manage consultation availability and respond to relevant consultation requests in a timely manner.





Handle further legal work or representation where mutually agreed and professionally appropriate.

Eligibility

Be enrolled with a recognised State Bar Council in India.

Hold a valid Bar Council Enrollment Certificate.

Be actively practising law.

Have strong knowledge of their respective area of legal practice.

Possess good client communication and consultation skills.

Be comfortable using mobile applications and digital consultation tools.

Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality.
