Role Description The Franchise Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for overseeing and supporting franchise preschools within the ICON Nurturing Innocence network. This role includes managing franchise relationships, guiding franchise partners on operational standards, and ensuring adherence to the brand’s curriculum, quality, and compliance requirements.

The Franchise

Manager coordinates staff training, assists with local marketing initiatives, and supports enrollment growth across centers. Daily responsibilities include conducting regular center visits, reviewing performance metrics, addressing franchisee queries,



and implementing continuous improvement plans. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams on policies, infrastructure standards, and parent engagement strategies to maintain a consistent, high-quality experience across all franchise locations.

Qualifications

- Experience in franchise management, multi-site operations, or business development within education, childcare, or service industries.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, and communication to effectively support franchise partners and internal teams.
- Knowledge of preschool or early childhood education operations, including curriculum implementation, child safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to analyze performance data, develop improvement plans, and drive enrollment and revenue growth across multiple centers.
- Proven skills in team coordination, training, and mentoring staff to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Comfort with on-site fieldwork, regular center visits, and hands-on problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Management, Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications in early childhood education or franchise management are an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic office software and digital communication tools; familiarity with CRM or franchise management systems is beneficial.
