Job Summary

We are looking for an Audit Executive who will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining the interior standards and visual presentation of gym branches. The role will involve regular branch visits, identifying interior-related defects, documenting observations, and coordinating for timely rectification.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular interior audits of gym branches as per the prescribed checklist.
- Inspect the overall look, feel, finish and upkeep of the gym interior.
- Check walls, ceilings, flooring, partitions, doors, glass, mirrors and furniture for damage or deterioration.
- Inspect paint, wallpaper, wooden work, false ceiling and other interior finishes.
- Check the condition and presentation of reception areas, workout areas, changing rooms, washrooms and common areas.
- Check lighting fixtures, decorative lights and other visible interior fittings.
- Identify issues such as cracks, leakage marks, peeling paint, damaged tiles, broken fixtures, loose fittings, scratches, stains, etc.
- Check whether the branch is maintaining the standardized Pro Ultimate interior look and branding.
- Capture photographs of observations and prepare branch-wise Interior Audit Reports.
- Categorize issues according to Critical / High / Medium / Low priority.
- Maintain an Interior Issue Tracker and regularly update the status of rectification.
- Coordinate with the concerned branch team, maintenance team,



vendors and contractors for issue resolution.
- Conduct follow-up visits/checks to verify whether the reported issues have been properly rectified.
- Escalate major or recurring interior issues to management.
- Maintain records of repair, replacement and refurbishment requirements for each branch.

Skills Required

- Strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Good understanding of commercial interiors and finishing work.
- Basic knowledge of civil/interior work, carpentry, painting, flooring, false ceiling, electrical fixtures, glass and furniture.
- Good observation and inspection skills.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to travel to different gym branches.
- Positive understanding of quality standards and finishing quality.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in interior supervision, site inspection, facility management, retail/hospitality/gym interiors will be preferred.
- Candidates who have experience handling interior contractors/vendors and site visits will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
