About Eubrics
Eubrics is an AI sales roleplay platform. Reps practise real customer conversations — cold calls, discovery, objection-heavy renewals — against AI customers built on their own products and personas, and get scored and coached afterwards. Managers get a readiness view of their team instead of a gut feel.
We're live with enterprise customers, largely in US insurance and financial services, and backed by super{set}, the venture studio. Small team, real customers, a roadmap longer than the team — and a product with genuine depth already: scenario builder, AI customer bots and personas, scorecards, learner action plans, an AI mentor, and a deep analytics layer.

What you'll own
Build a product people want to open. Enterprise software gets used when it's mandated; great software gets used because it makes someone better at their job today. Our ambition is squarely the second kind — a rep opening Eubrics before a hard call because it genuinely sharpens them, not because it's on a to-do list.
Designing that pull is the heart of this role: the first five minutes, the moment the value lands, the reason someone comes back on a Tuesday, the progress a rep can feel in their own numbers.
Go and find out what the market actually wants. Talk to customers — enablement leads, sales managers and the reps themselves. Talk to our sales team,
who hear every objection and every stalled pilot. Sit in on live customer and sales calls often enough to form your own read on the market rather than a second-hand one. Then turn all of it into prioritised, specced, shipped product.
Run product with the engineering team. One prioritised roadmap, written specs with acceptance criteria, a predictable release rhythm, and QA you do yourself before it ships. You write the specs, you test the build, you cut scope when a date is at risk.
Compress time to value. Standing up a new client — products, personas, bots, scorecards, plans, users — should take hours, not weeks. Better setup flows, sane defaults, AI-assisted configuration.
Make the outcome provable. Turn our analytics into a story a VP of Sales can read in ninety seconds: usage, ramp time, protocol adherence, objection handling, closure.
Who we're looking for
- 6+ years in product, with at least one stretch as the product person — not one of several — on an early-stage product
- You've led a product through the early-stage journey: taken something from rough to real, with the ambiguity, small team and constant re-prioritisation that involves
- A track record of making people want to use something — activation, engagement, retention, habit-forming design. If every win on your CV is a feature launch and none is "we got people to come back", this isn't the role
- Experience building products in today's AI world — you've shipped with LLMs and understand prompts, evals, non-deterministic output, and that "the model got it wrong" is a product problem, not an excuse
- Genuinely hands-on: you write the specs, test the build, and can wireframe an idea well enough to argue about it
- Comfortable in front of customers, and able to run a discovery conversation that gets past the polite answer
- Strong with data: you can define the metric, pull the number yourself, and say what it means
- A hustler — ambiguity and work outside your job title energise you rather than stall you
Probably not a fit if you'd start with a strategy deck rather than five customer conversations, you want to manage rather than build, or four focused hours a day is really four hours squeezed between three other clients.
Engagement terms
- ~4 hours a day, Monday to Friday, hours largely of your choosing
- Flexibility to join customer and sales calls, some of which fall in US hours — not a daily expectation
- 3-month initial term, [2/4] weeks' notice either side
- Standard mutual NDA and IP assignment
How to apply Go through our product page — https://www.eubrics.com/ai-sales-roleplays-training — and then email
[email protected] with:
1. Your resume and profile (LinkedIn or portfolio)
2. A short cover note on what makes you a fit for this specific role
3. A short write-up: what you'd do in your first 4 weeks, and what you'd do to drive real pull for a product like this — why reps would want to use it rather than have to
- Please include your availability and your monthly rate. We read every write-up ourselves; shortlisted candidates go straight to a working session with the founder.
