We are looking for an experienced FP&A; Training Developer with strong expertise in SAP Enable Now and Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) processes to develop role-based learning solutions for Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting transformation initiatives .

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop SAP Enable Now simulations, e-learning modules, QRGs, job aids, and process documentation .
- Create engaging training content for FP&A; processes and finance systems .
- Translate complex finance processes into clear and user-friendly learning solutions.
- Support training deployment, user readiness, and post-go-live adoption.
- Collaborate with Finance SMEs, Process Owners, and Change Management teams.
- Validate training content for accuracy, quality, and business relevance.
- Maintain content governance, quality standards, and learning repositories.

? Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience in Training Development / Learning Enablement.
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP Enable Now development experience .
- Strong understanding of FP&A;, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Experience with Finance Transformation, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Finance, or EPM implementations .
- Solid stakeholder management, communication, and instructional design skills.

? Preferred Skills

- SAP Analytics Cloud ( SAC) Planning
- SAP S/4HANA Finance
- SAP BPC / OneStream / Anaplan / Oracle EPM or similar planning platforms
- Change Management & User Adoption
- Adult Learning & Instructional Design methodologies
