We are looking for an experienced FP&A; Senior Associate with robust expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, month-end closure, variance analysis, and reporting.
The selected candidate will work closely with senior Finance and Functional leadership teams to prepare, analyse, and report financial and operational data.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Analyse operational and financial data and identify key business trends.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial analysis, variance analysis, and management reports.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closure activities.
- Handle Balance Sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, provisions, and journal entries.
- Manage and monitor CAPEX/OPEX against budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare financial reports, trackers, schedules, and ad-hoc management reports.
- Handle billing activities and ensure there are no revenue leakages.
- Manage intercompany transactions and resolve intercompany differences.
- Reconcile and monitor project revenue and cost against project plans.
- Consolidate financial reports across different business units/agencies.
- Support financial improvement and transformation projects.
- Provide accurate and timely information on business unit financial performance.
- Work closely with stakeholders across different levels and functions.
- Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–10 years of post-qualification experience for CWA/CMA candidates.
- 7–12 years of experience for CA (Inter) / MBA Finance candidates.
