Role Description As a Financial Analyst – Fresher at DNA Growth, you will support client-facing teams by collecting, organizing, and analyzing financial data to inform business decisions. You will assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements, management reports, and dashboards, and help with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for clients across different industries. The role includes working with internal tools and spreadsheets, validating data accuracy, and contributing to financial models and presentations used for planning, strategy, and potential fundraising.





You will collaborate closely with senior analysts and managers, respond to data and report requests, and document processes to ensure consistent delivery. This is a full-time, in office role based in the Mohali district.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Finance, including basic understanding of corporate finance concepts and financial analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
- Ability to interpret and work with Financial Statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analytical Skills to handle large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights; proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
- Exposure to Financial Reporting, including preparing structured reports and summaries for internal and client stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications or coursework (e.g., CFA Level I, financial modeling) are an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and able to work with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with BI or analytical tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) is a plus, along with an interest in learning new financial technologies.
