Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions, including forecasting revenue, expenses, and profitability.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances from budget, and areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and initiatives that drive growth and profitability.

- Provide expert advice on financial matters to senior management, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Job Requirements :

- 7-12 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) or related field.

- Robust background in financial analysis, financial forecasting, variance analysis, expense analysis, and financial modeling.

- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data sets using tools such as Excel or other software programs.
