We’re looking for our Founding Team at SUMIZZ COFFEE CO

This isn’t a conventional job opening. It’s an chance for someone who wants to build an early-stage coffee startup from scratch and work directly with the founder. You’ll operate with a co-founder mindset—helping shape ideas, products, operations, marketing, sales, partnerships and the team. You should be ready to take ownership, solve problems and do whatever the business needs at an early stage.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is genuinely passionate about coffee
- Thinks and acts like a founder
- Has the hunger to learn, experiment and build
- Wants to work in the coffee space for the long term
- Is comfortable starting from zero
- Can coordinate closely with the founder and founding team

Experience is not our priority.



You may be Gen Z or a millennial, a fresher or an experienced professional. What matters is your hunger, commitment and belief in building something meaningful in coffee.

There is no rigid role description at this stage. Let’s first connect, understand each other and explore where our strengths and vision can create the right synergy. The responsibilities and association structure will be mutually discussed based on fit.
