NAutomation Labs is an AI-first product studio. We build our own AI products, including decibyl, our AI voice agent platform, and ship production AI systems for clients in India, the US and Mexico, from fast-growing businesses to a Fortune 500 company.

What you'll own
- Where we sell: you choose the markets, industries and customers.
- How we sell: you write the playbook, since there isn't one yet.
- Deals: you close pilot deals, then grow them into long-term clients.
- The team: you hire and lead our business development team.
- The product: what you hear from customers shapes what we build next.

You're a fit if you have 3+ years closing B2B deals (IT services, SaaS or automation preferred),
- have sold to international buyers,
- can build a pipeline from zero without being told how,
- write clearly and without fluff.
