Role & responsibilities

As our first sales hire, you will build our direct-selling network for water purifiers from the ground up and work directly with the founders.

- Sell our water purifiers to households and small businesses through home demos, referrals, and community outreach
- Recruit, onboard, and train our first team of independent distributors in Delhi/NCR
- Lead and motivate the distributor team to meet monthly sales targets
- Share market feedback with the founders on pricing, product, and incentive plans

Preferred candidate profile

- 4 to 10 years of experience in direct selling (Amway, Vestige, Herbalife, Tupperware, etc.), insurance agency, or consumer durables field sales
- Has personally built and led a team of 20+ agents or distributors




- Strong local network in Delhi/NCR
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi; working English
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial, comfortable working in an early-stage company without fixed processes
- Experience selling water purifiers or home appliances is a plus
- Own two-wheeler preferred for field work
