Founded by a Tier-1 team comprising IIT alumni and experienced traders, the company combines deep technology expertise with real-world market experience to deliver intelligent stock insights and swing trade ideas. With a portfolio analyzer in the pipeline, Returns is building a technology-led ecosystem for modern investors and traders, aligned with the applicable SEBI regulatory framework.

Role Description As the Founding Product Manager (Algo & Global Markets), you will own the product vision and roadmap for algorithmic trading and global markets offerings. You will collaborate closely with research analysts, engineers, and data scientists to translate market research and user feedback into clear product requirements, specs, and features. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and prioritizing product backlog items, refining algorithms in partnership with the research team, conducting competitive analysis, and tracking product performance through quantitative metrics.

You will run experiments, manage releases,



and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of compliant, high-impact products. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, where you will help build foundational systems, processes, and culture for the product function.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of product / fintech / financial markets experience
- Strong understanding of Indian stock markets, trading & market structure
- Knowledge of the SEBI / IFSCA (GIFT City) ecosystem
- Strong understanding of different asset classes and financial products
- Experience building, launching, and scaling fintech / investing products end-to-end
- Understanding of algorithms, trading systems, APIs, brokers & portfolio products
- Strong product sense with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced, ambiguous environment
- High ownership and strong bias toward execution
