About The Role

Rixroent is a deep-tech AI product studio in Arrah, Bihar. We build AI-native software — for clients, and our own products: UniIntern (a live EdTech platform) and Sannidhi, a wearable-free holographic-presence platform in active R&D.; We're founder-led by an AI engineer (M.Tech, IIT Patna) who still writes code and ships.

As a founding engineer, you'll build, test, and deploy real products end-to-end — owning things, not just taking tickets — while using AI (Claude, Claude Code, Gemini, ChatGPT) to build faster than teams several times your size. You'll bring your own ideas, explore new tech with us, and join the founder's R&D; on Sannidhi. You won't tick every box on day one — nobody does.

What we're looking for

- 0–2 years of experience — sharp, motivated freshers are genuinely welcome

- You've built and shipped something (a project, app, website, or open-source work) and can show it

- Comfortable with code — any of JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Python, or Node — and eager to grow across the full stack

- AI-fluent and curious — you already use AI tools to build, and want to go deeper
- A builder's mindset: resourceful, fast-learning, ready to wear many hats

- Willing to work in-office in Arrah, Bihar, and excited to build world-class from here

Nice to have

- Interest or side-projects in AI/ML, agents, RAG, or LLM apps

- Curiosity about IoT, hardware, or spatial/deep-tech

- Experience with cloud (Azure/AWS), databases (PostgreSQL), or Figma
- A GitHub, portfolio, or shipped app you're proud of

- Comfort working in both English and Hindi
