Founder’s Office & Technology Intern

DevTrackAcademy is looking for a curious, proactive, and hands-on Founder’s Office & Technology Intern who enjoys building projects, solving problems, researching new ideas, and learning by doing.

This is a remote, hands-on internship where you will work closely with the founder on real projects and challenges across technology, product development, research, and startup operations. This is not a traditional internship where you simply follow predefined tasks. You will be given problems to explore and solve, and you will be expected to research, experiment, build, and take ownership of your work.

You may work on small-scale applications, internal tools, prototypes, automations, AI-powered workflows, product features, technical research, and experiments . You may also be involved in researching technologies, APIs, competitors, market trends, and user needs to help make better product and business decisions.

You will get practical exposure to how software is developed and maintained in a real-world environment — from understanding requirements and choosing technologies to development, testing, deployment, debugging, and maintenance. Depending on the project, you may work with Git/GitHub, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, hosting, infrastructure, monitoring, AI tools, and modern development workflows .

A major part of this role is learning how to work when the solution is not already defined. The founder may bring you a challenge, idea, or problem that you have never worked on before. You will be expected to understand the problem, research possible solutions, learn the required technology, build a solution, and iterate based on feedback.





You will also gain insight into how an early-stage technology company operates — including product decisions, experimentation, user feedback, technical decisions, project execution, and the challenges involved in building and maintaining real products.

We are looking for people who have already built projects themselves and are confident in learning current things. You do not need to know every technology we use. Your ability to learn quickly, research independently, solve problems, and actually build things matters more.

What you may work on:

- Building small-scale applications, tools, prototypes, and automations
- Developing and experimenting with AI-powered features and workflows
- Researching new technologies, APIs, tools, markets, and competitors
- Working on real product and technical challenges from the founder
- Deploying and maintaining applications and services
- Working with cloud infrastructure, databases, APIs, hosting, and monitoring
- Debugging and improving existing systems
- Collecting and analyzing user feedback
- Documenting technical work, decisions, and processes
- Exploring new ideas and turning promising concepts into working prototypes
- Supporting other technology, product, and startup initiatives as priorities evolve

What we are looking for:




- You have built projects yourself and can show what you have created.
- You are comfortable learning technologies you have never used before.
- You enjoy solving open-ended problems rather than only following tutorials.
- You have basic knowledge of software development and are familiar with tools such as Git/GitHub, APIs, databases, or web development.
- You are curious about AI, cloud, infrastructure, product development, and modern software engineering.
- You can research a problem independently and turn what you learn into something practical.
- You take ownership and are comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- You communicate clearly and are willing to ask questions when you are stuck.
- You are comfortable experimenting, making mistakes, learning, and trying again.
- Prior experience with a specific framework, cloud provider, or AI tool is not required . We value your ability to learn and build.

What you will learn: You will gain practical exposure to real-world software development, product development, cloud infrastructure, deployment, system maintenance, AI-powered development, technical research, startup operations, and working directly with a founder .

You will learn not just how to write code, but how software actually gets planned, built, deployed, maintained, improved, and used by real people .

This is a remote internship with regular online communication and a monthly team meeting . The role is designed for someone who wants to go beyond tutorials and classroom projects and experience how technology is actually built and operated in a growing startup.
