Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area, working closely with the founders on high-priority initiatives. The role involves supporting strategic projects, preparing business and technical presentations, conducting market and technology research, and coordinating cross-functional activities.

Responsibilities include tracking key project milestones, drafting internal and external communications, and helping streamline processes and documentation. The individual will also assist in investor and partner outreach, prepare reports and dashboards for leadership, and ensure effective follow-through on decisions taken in leadership meetings.



The position is suited for someone who is comfortable in a dynamic environment, can handle ambiguity, and is interested in the intersection of space technology, business strategy, and operations.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to synthesize technical and market information into concise briefs and presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in preparing executive-level documents, presentations, and stakeholder correspondence.
- Project coordination or operations experience, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, track timelines, and follow up on action items across teams.
- Comfort with technology-driven environments; interest or exposure to aerospace, satellites, telecommunications, IoT, or related domains is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in the Greater Hyderabad Area, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain confidentiality on sensitive strategic matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, management, or a related field; advanced degrees or startup experience are a plus.
- High level of ownership, adaptability, and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced, early-stage company.
