CTC: ₹6,00,000 per annum** About VTPL & What We’re Building Vignnesh Tech Pack Pvt. Ltd. (VTPL) is a Bangalore-based packaging company with experience across manufacturing, operations and the broader packaging ecosystem.

We are now incubating a completely recent venture within VTPL, a new-age packaging business for growing consumer brands in India, with a simple goal: make getting customised packaging much easier.

Today, brands often have to navigate multiple suppliers, designers, manufacturers and processes to get their packaging made. We want to simplify that by becoming their end-to-end packaging partner, from an initial idea or requirement all the way to finished packaging delivered to them.

This is not a new manufacturing unit or an extension of VTPL’s existing manufacturing business. It is a new, independent business being built from the ground up, with technology, customer experience and a strong supplier network at its core.

The Role We’re looking for someone to join the Founder’s Office, New Ventures and work closely with the founder to build this business from 0 to 1.

You’ll work closely with the founder to take the business from an early-stage idea to an actual operating company. There won’t be a predefined playbook. You’ll be helping create it.

One day you could be thinking about the brand and customer experience, another speaking to potential customers, visiting suppliers,



building processes or figuring out how to solve an operational problem.

This is an execution-heavy, hands-on role for someone who wants to experience what actually goes into building a company from scratch.

What You’ll Do

- Speaking to potential customers and understanding their needs
- Researching the market, competitors and potential business models
- Identifying, visiting and building relationships with suppliers and partners
- Helping build the company’s brand, positioning and identity
- Setting up the initial operational backend, systems and processes
- Working on sales, customer acquisition and early partnerships
- Helping build the technology and overall customer experience
- Testing ideas, solving problems and doing whatever is needed to move the business forward

Your work will span strategy, operations, sales, branding, supply chain, customer experience and technology. Who We’re Looking For Someone who is proactive, resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity and willing to get their hands dirty. You should be someone who learns quickly, takes ownership and has a strong bias towards action.

This role is particularly suited to someone who eventually wants to become an entrepreneur and wants first-hand experience of what it takes to build a company from scratch.

Selection Process The role is in-person and will involve travelling within Bangalore for customer, supplier and partner meetings when required.

The selection process will consist of two rounds of interviews, focused on how you think, approach ambiguous problems, take ownership and execute.
