We’re looking for a Founder’s Office & Operations Executive to work closely with the founder and help turn ideas into execution.

What you’ll do:

- Vendor sourcing, coordination & negotiation
- Product costing and quotations
- Production & order coordination
- Client follow-ups and commercial coordination
- Research, registrations and day-to-day operations

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has 1–3 years of experience
- Has very positive English and is confident on calls
- Is highly organised and takes ownership without constant instructions
- Is tech-savvy and comfortable with AI tools like ChatGPT / Claude
- Is strong with Excel / Google Sheets
- Is comfortable speaking to vendors and clients
- Shopify experience is a plus

You should be someone who figures things out, picks up the phone and gets things done. ? Coimbatore

? ₹25,000–₹35,000/month, depending on experience and fit
