About VTPL & the Venture

Vignnesh Tech Pack Pvt. Ltd. (VTPL) is a Bangalore-based packaging company with experience across manufacturing, operations and the broader packaging ecosystem.

We are now incubating a new venture focused on building a technology platform that makes custom packaging easier for growing D2C and consumer brands in India.

The goal is to simplify the entire packaging journey - from design and material selection to sourcing, production and delivery - so brands can manage their packaging through one partner rather than coordinating with multiple vendors.

This is not a recent manufacturing unit or an extension of VTPL’s existing manufacturing business. It is a new, independent business being built from the ground up, combining technology with a strong supplier network and packaging expertise.

About the Founder

Sakshi Chandak is a second-generation entrepreneur in the packaging industry, with experience spanning management consulting, manufacturing and building new businesses. Before starting this venture, she spent three years at Slalom Consulting in Canada, worked hands-on across operations at VTPL, and helped build and lead a new sustainable flexible packaging business at Pakka.

She is a UBC Sauder graduate and is now building this venture full-time. You’ll work directly with her from day one.

The Role

You’ll work closely with the founder to take the business from 0 → 1 .

There’s no predefined playbook - you’ll help create it. One day you might be speaking to potential customers,



another visiting suppliers, building processes, working on the brand or figuring out how to solve an operational problem. This is an execution-heavy, hands-on role for someone who wants to experience what actually goes into building a company from scratch.

What You’ll Do

- Speak to potential customers and understand their needs
- Research the market and build the business model from scratch
- Identify, visit and build relationships with suppliers and partners
- Help shape the company’s brand, positioning and customer experience
- Build the initial operational backend, systems and processes
- Work on sales, customer acquisition and early partnerships
- Help build the technology and overall customer experience

You’ll be one of the first people building the company and will work directly with the founder across strategy, operations, sales, supply chain, branding and technology.

Who We’re Looking For

Someone who is proactive, resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity . You learn quickly, take ownership and would rather figure something out than wait to be told exactly what to do. This role is particularly suited to someone who wants to become an entrepreneur one day and wants first-hand experience of what it takes to build a company from scratch.

Selection Process The role is full-time and in-person in Bangalore and will involve travel within the city for customer, supplier and partner meetings when required. The selection process consists of two interview rounds, focused on how you think, approach ambiguous problems, take ownership and execute.
