Role Responsibilities

- Support founders and leadership with day-to-day operations including calendar management, meeting prep, and internal comms coordination.
- Research and summarize industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging tech for strategic planning and investor pitch decks.
- Track key performance metrics, draft executive summaries, and build dashboards to visualize progress across teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, marketing, and finance teams by organizing syncs and documenting outcomes.
- Assist in preparing investor updates, board materials, and internal reports with high attention to detail and visual clarity.




- Own ad-hoc projects that directly impact company efficiency-from building SOPs to automating routine workflows using no-code/low-code tools.
