Role Description The Founder's Office role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves working closely with the founder and leadership team on strategic initiatives, including preparing business reports, presentations, and decision-support materials.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and industry research, analyzing data for key projects, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure timely execution of priorities. The role also involves managing special projects, tracking key performance indicators, and supporting internal and external communication.



The individual in this position will act as a central point of contact for various stakeholders, helping align operational activities with the company’s long-term vision.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present complex data clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating presentations, reports, and strategic documents.
- Project management abilities, including planning, prioritization, and coordination across teams.
- Business acumen and problem-solving skills, with comfort working on strategic and operational topics.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Capability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced workplace.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; prior experience in consulting, strategy, or similar founder’s office roles is an advantage.
