A1Plot.com is an early-stage real estate investment platform being built by founders and alumni of IIT Kharagpur.
Our vision is to make real estate investment more accessible to working professionals by creating a platform that enables people to discover and participate in curated real estate investment opportunities.
About the Role
This is a high-responsibility and high-reward founding team role. You will work directly with the founder and be one of the early members of A1Plot.com.
The role requires someone who is hardworking, proactive, and comfortable working in a challenging and fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Fill out forms and apply for various government schemes, grants, and fundraising opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain pitch decks and fundraising materials, including information about the founders, company, vision, and business.
- Support the founder with fundraising applications and submissions to different schemes and funding opportunities.
- Assist with other day-to-day tasks related to building the company.

Compensation & ESOPs
₹20,000 per month + Significant ESOPs
As an early-stage founding team member, you will receive significant ESOPs in the company and have the opportunity to participate in A1Plot.com's long-term growth.
