JMD Jewellers is entering an exciting phase of growth, and we are pleased to invite applications from a well-educated, thoughtful and strategically minded individual to join us as a Business & Social Media Strategy Advisor.

As we develop our social media marketing and content team, we are seeking someone who can share valuable guidance, introduce effective strategies and support us in building a strong foundation for our digital presence. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the founder and contribute meaningfully to the growth and development of the business.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of business understanding, creativity, leadership skills and practical knowledge of social media marketing. We welcome someone who can offer fresh perspectives, help organise ideas and support the team in turning plans into successful initiatives.

YOUR ROLE

You will work closely with the founder and contribute to:

- Developing thoughtful business and marketing strategies Supporting the creation and growth of our social media marketing team Advising on content creation, branding, advertising and digital marketing Assisting with the selection and coordination of creative team members Helping establish organised systems, workflows and performance goals Identifying opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement Conducting competitor and market research Contributing ideas for marketing campaigns, promotions and customer acquisition Helping turn creative concepts into practical and achievable plans Offering guidance on business and marketing-related challenges Sharing ideas that support the long-term growth of JMD Jewellers

Business-Oriented — Familiarity with business strategy, branding, marketing, customer behaviour or growth planning would be valuable.

Social Media Savvy — Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, content planning, digital advertising, influencer marketing and current social media trends would be an advantage.

Proactive & Resourceful — Willing to take initiative, explore possibilities and contribute practical solutions.

Growth-Focused — Interested in developing professionally while contributing to the growth of an evolving jewellery brand.

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

Starting Remuneration: ₹10,000

The compensation package may be reviewed over time based on the individual’s responsibilities, performance and contribution to the business.

Additional incentives, rewards and special gifts may also be offered in recognition of exceptional work and valuable contributions.
