The role
You'll sit next to the founders and do whatever the company needs that week. There is no fixed scope. In a given month you might:
● Ship internal tools and dashboards; vibe-coding with AI is a skill we count, not a shortcut
● Run performance marketing and content: campaigns, landing pages, WhatsApp funnels, creative briefs
● Fix ops on the ground: ride along with nurses, chase a stuck booking, redesign a base station SOP
● Pull numbers from Tally and the CRM and turn them into an answer, not a spreadsheet ● Sit in on investor calls,
build the deck, and own the data room
● Lead cross-team projects, such as launching a current service or opening a new base station
Who this is for
● 2–5 years of experience, or none if you've built something real
● You start things without being asked and finish them without being chased
● Comfortable being bad at something new for two weeks, then good at it
● Written clarity: you can explain a messy situation in five lines
● You want the founder path later and are using this to compress five years into two
