MDN Edify Education is looking for an experienced and visionary Founder Principal to lead the launch, academic development, and overall growth of upcoming Edify Schools in Bangalore and Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the complete academic, administrative and operational setup of the new school.
- Establish the school's academic vision, culture, systems and processes from the foundation stage.
- Build, mentor and lead high-performing teaching, academic and administrative teams.
- Drive academic excellence, student development and implementation of curriculum standards.
- Support and drive student admissions, parent engagement and school brand building.
- Develop strong relationships with parents, students, staff and the local community.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE norms, statutory requirements and school policies.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management of staff.
- Plan and monitor infrastructure, resources, budgets and day-to-day school operations.
- Work closely with the management team on school launch,



strategic planning and institutional growth.
- Represent the school at parent meetings, academic forums and external stakeholder engagements.

Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Principal / School Head in a reputed K12 school.
- Strong exposure to CBSE curriculum and school operations.
- Experience in new school setup / school launch / Founder Principal role will be preferred.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Strong experience in academic leadership, admissions, team building and parent engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong understanding of school administration, academic systems and compliance.
- Candidates willing to relocate to Bangalore or Tamil Nadu may apply.
