Edify World School is looking for an experienced and dynamic Founder School Principal to lead the school's academic and operational functions and build a strong culture of excellence, innovation, and student-centred learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide academic, strategic, and operational leadership.
- Lead CBSE / CAIE curriculum implementation and academic planning.
- Drive high standards of teaching, learning, assessment, and student achievement.
- Mentor and develop teachers, coordinators, and academic leaders.
- Build a strong culture of inquiry-based and student-centred learning.
- Lead school improvement, quality assurance, and academic initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with parents, students, staff, and stakeholders.
- Support school development, accreditation, affiliation, and evaluation processes.

Candidate Requirements




- Master's Degree with B.Ed. or equivalent.
- 8+ years of school leadership experience.
- Experience as a Principal / Vice Principal / Head of School preferred.
- Experience in CBSE / CAIE / International Schools preferred.
- Solid leadership, communication, decision-making, and team-management skills.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing academic teams.
