Bramma (Glymph Technologies) is building an ambient AI device that sits in a meeting room, captures what was decided, attributes it to the person who said it, and makes it queryable later. We're pre-seed, hardware in pilot, and building in public.

Alterax Realty builds Webverse — immersive 3D visualization for real estate developers. Live clients, shipping work.

You'd run social for both, plus the founder's personal accounts.

What you'll actually do

- Own the daily posting calendar across Bramma, Alterax and the founder's LinkedIn + X
- Walk around the office and find the content: a bench test that failed, a sprint that shipped, a customer call that changed the roadmap, a render that came out well
- Turn founder thinking into posts — you'll sit in on conversations, pull the sharp bits, and draft in his voice
- Engage daily: comment on relevant posts, reply to every comment on ours, build relationships in the founder/deeptech/real-estate circles we care about
- Shoot and cut short vertical video on your phone — bench footage, hardware close-ups, unedited founder commentary
- Track what's working and tell us, with numbers. Not vanity metrics — reach, saves, profile visits, inbound DMs, replies from people who matter
- Keep three distinct voices distinct.



Bramma, Alterax and the founder do not sound the same

What we need

- 1 year of running real social accounts — brand, agency, or your own. Show us the accounts
- You write well in English. Short sentences, no filler, no LinkedIn throat-clearing ("Thrilled to announce…")
- Fast. A post idea at 11am should be live by 2pm
- You get voice. You can read ten of someone's posts and write the eleventh so nobody notices
- Comfortable with a camera and a basic edit — CapCut/Premiere level is fine, we're not hiring a filmmaker
- You're curious about what we're building. You don't need a hardware or AI background, but you need to want to understand it
- In office in HITEC City. This role doesn't work remotely — the content is in the room

Nice to have

- Design basics (Figma/Canva) so you're not blocked on a graphic
- You already follow founders/startups on X and LinkedIn and have opinions about who does it well
- Any experience with B2B or deeptech audiences
