Role Description The Founder will provide strategic leadership, define the company vision, and drive execution across real estate, financial services, and PropTech initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing business strategies, overseeing product and platform development, managing key partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities.

The role involves leading cross-functional teams, setting performance goals, managing budgets, and ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.



The Founder will actively engage with investors, partners, and clients, representing GRP in industry forums and building the company’s brand and culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik.

Qualifications

- Solid leadership and people management skills, with experience building and guiding high-performing teams.
- Strategic planning and business development capabilities, including market analysis and growth execution.
- Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, investment evaluation, and risk management.
- Domain knowledge in real estate, financial services, or PropTech, and familiarity with relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with partners and investors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving ability, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-evolving environment.
- Experience in building or scaling startups or new business units is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
