We are a Salesforce & Microsoft Product(ISV) Partner, and looking for FDEs to work with our large Indian customers for our AI-driven security and compliance platform.

What a forward deployed engineer is:

You configure and build for a customer you actually meet - you're in their office, embedded with their team, and focus on their success.

What you own

- The data. Parsers that land a customer's exports in the platform's model, then de-duplicate across systems and match records to an inventory that's rarely kept tidy
- The connections. Live connectors — their APIs, ServiceNow, Jira, auth, pagination, retries, alerts when a feed goes quiet
- The code. Custom transforms where configuration runs out — the first connector for a tool that's new to the platform
- The deployment. Integrate with customer's own cloud, sometimes on-premise and air-gapped

We look for solid Apex/Python experience because that's where the integration instincts get built — auth, retries, governor limits, sandbox-to-prod discipline. Those instincts transfer directly; only the syntax changes.

What we're looking for





- 2–3 years of hands-on technical delivery, customer-facing — Salesforce partner, SI or consultancy

Real integration engineering. Apex first; ServiceNow, Java, .NET or Python welcome too
- Comfortable declaratively too — objects, flows, permission sets. You configure as much as you code
- Clear thinking about data and volume — every production surprise has been a volume one
- Explicit, confident English — you'll explain constraints to a customer's architects
- AI is a working method here, not a feature you switch on. The bar goes beyond configuring a packaged assistant — you should already use AI to inspect data, debug real code, and test its output rather than accept it as-is.
- In the interview you'll work a real problem with AI and say what you trusted and rejected.
- Hard requirement - Daily onsite across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai — fully in-person
