Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to build and deploy enterprise applications and AI-powered solutions based on approved business and technical specifications. The role combines full-stack engineering, Azure data engineering, enterprise integration, AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI development.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute specification-driven developmentbased on approved business and technical specifications.
- Develop user interfaces using React and TypeScript/JavaScript and backend/API services using Python and C#/.NET.
- Build APIs, integrations, workflows, orchestration logic, prompts, agents, business rules, and AI-powered services.
- Develop and integrate AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI capabilities within enterprise applications and decision-support solutions.
- Develop data ingestion pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and data transformation/processing solutions using Azure Databricks and Python/PySpark, supporting Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
- Develop indexing, search, retrieval, RAG, embeddings, and grounding capabilities for enterprise AI applications.
- Build and integrate AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps/Power Platform, enterprise APIs, workflows, and approved data sources.
- Develop workflow, integration, and serverless components using Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions/Function Apps.
- Extend existing AI Assistant capabilities within GIP through secure integration of APIs, enterprise knowledge, data sources, tools, actions, and agent workflows.
- Deploy and support applications using Azure App Service and implement monitoring, telemetry, and diagnostics using Azure Application Insights.




- Develop and maintain source code, configuration artifacts, prompts, rules, automated/unit tests, validation scripts, and technical documentation.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, defect remediation, CI/CD, deployment, setting configuration, quality assurance, and release management.
- Use GitHub Copilot and VS Code for rapid prototyping and AI-assisted development while ensuring generated artifacts meet engineering, security, and quality standards.

- Programming: Python, C#/.NET

- AI/ML: Python-based AI/ML development, machine learning concepts, model development/integration, data preparation, evaluation and AI-powered solution development
- GenAI & Agentic AI: LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, tool/action integration, RAG, embeddings, indexing, retrieval and grounding
- Data Engineering: Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, Python/PySpark, Medallion Architecture
- Microsoft AI & Power Platform: Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps/Power Platform
- APIs & Integration: REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions/Function Apps
- Azure: Azure App Service, Application Insights and associated Azure services
- DevOps & Quality: Git, CI/CD, unit/automated testing, code reviews, debugging and release management
- Development Tools: GitHub Copilot, Visual Studio Code

Preferred Experience Hands-on experience building enterprise AI/ML, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, integrating AI agents with enterprise applications and data sources, developing production-grade RAG/retrieval solutions, implementing data pipelines and delivering full-stack applications on Azure.
