About BOTS.AI

BOTS.AI is the AI deployment wing of HR Anexi, built on 19+ years of working inside Indian organisations. We don't ship demos. We build agents that do the work every day, in production: chasing collections, reconciling invoices, booking dealer orders and closing out plant analytics.

Our clients range from family-run businesses to listed companies and global multinationals, across consumer retail, financial services, agri-commodities, and diamonds and jewellery. Every deployment is a new environment and a new problem, and what we learn in one becomes the starting point for the next.

The problem

India's largest family-run businesses are ready for AI. Their systems are not. Critical processes live in WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets and the experience of a few senior managers. Technology companies build models and advisory firms build strategies, but very few build working systems inside that reality. That is the work we do.

The role The Forward Deployed AI Architect is responsible for turning a client's workflow into a system that runs reliably in production, and for proving the value it creates. You design the architecture and you build it. On every engagement you work alongside our Principal, AI Transformation, who owns the client relationship, the commercials and adoption. You own the design, the build and the evidence that it works.

What an engagement involves

- Discovery. Working directly with finance, HR, sales or plant teams to understand how work actually moves, and deciding what should be automated, what should use an existing tool,



and what should remain with people.
- Build. Designing and building the system, including its integration with the client's existing software, its safeguards and its monitoring.
- Proof. Measuring accuracy, speed, cost and usage, and presenting the results in a form a CFO can use to decide whether to scale.
- Compounding. Converting each successful deployment into a reusable design, and turning repeated client problems into agents BOTS.AI builds and sells as its own products.

The standard we hire to We do not require years of experience in AI. The field is too young for that to be a meaningful measure. We require evidence of what you have already done. The strongest candidates will be able to show that they have:

- Owned a system in production that other people depended on, in any discipline (software, data, cloud, infrastructure or enterprise systems), and been accountable when it failed.
- Built something with AI on their own initiative: a tool, an agent, an automation or a competition entry, created because they wanted to understand the technology, not because a role required it.
- Measured their work in business terms, such as cost reduced, time saved, errors eliminated or adoption achieved.




- Explained a technical decision to a non-technical decision-maker and seen it adopted.
- Taught, documented or mentored in a way that made others more capable.

Candidates typically bring 5–10 years of experience. Our own architects have come from backgrounds such as DevOps and site reliability engineering. What matters is the evidence above, not the title you held. What you will become here

Within your first year, you will have designed and delivered production AI systems across several industries, built reference architectures used on engagements you were not part of, and contributed directly to the products BOTS.AI takes to market. Few roles in India offer this range of real deployment experience this early in the field's development.

This role is not suited to candidates who

- Require a complete specification before engaging with a problem
- Consider a working demonstration to be a finished result
- Prefer presenting to leadership over working alongside operational teams

Selection process

1. Application. Your CV and a short written note covering two things: one system you owned in production (what it did, what went wrong, and what you changed), and one thing you built with AI on your own initiative (why you built it and what you learned).
2. Conversation with founder's office (30 minutes).
3. Work sample. We share an anonymised client workflow or a problem statement. You submit a one-page design and discuss it with us in a 45-minute session. (Subjective)
4. Team conversation.

We aim to complete the process within 2 weeks.
