About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive / Senior Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure a seamless employee lifecycle experience. The role will involve working closely with employees, managers, HR Business Partners, Payroll, TA and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee movements, transfers, confirmations, exits
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS with accurate and timely information.
- Manage HR documentation including appointment letters, confirmation letters, amendments and other employee-related documents.
- Coordinate joining formalities, BGV, onboarding
- Manage resignation and exit processes, including clearance, exit documentation and F&F; coordination.




- Maintain confidentiality and ensure appropriate handling of sensitive employee information.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
- 2–6 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR operations.
- Experience working on HRIS/HRMS systems; knowledge of Keka or similar platforms will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of leave & attendance and employee documentation.
- Robust MS Excel skills and ability to prepare HR MIS and reports.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
