Hamraj Forex is a leading player in the financial services sector, providing reliable and customer-focused solutions in the foreign exchange domain. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Foreign Exchange Executive to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day foreign exchange operations, including buying and selling of currencies.
- Process forex transactions efficiently and accurately in compliance with RBI and FEMA guidelines.
- Interact with walk-in clients, explain forex products and services, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor currency trends and rates to provide timely information to clients.
- Maintain transaction records and assist with documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Assist in cross-selling financial products like travel cards, remittance services, and insurance.
- Coordinate with banks and internal departments to ensure smooth processing.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in foreign exchange or forex-related operations is mandatory.
- Valuable understanding of foreign currency, forex instruments, and regulatory guidelines (RBI, FEMA).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and transactions.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic financial software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
