We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Foreman to supervise and coordinate mechanical activities at our factory. The candidate will be responsible for shop-floor supervision, manpower management, equipment installation, maintenance, fabrication, and ensuring smooth and safe execution of mechanical work.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise day-to-day mechanical activities and shop-floor operations.

· Manage and allocate manpower as per production and maintenance requirements.

· Supervise installation, assembly, fabrication, alignment, and maintenance of mechanical equipment.

· Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

· Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning teams.

· Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

· Identify mechanical issues and coordinate troubleshooting and corrective actions.

· Ensure proper utilization of tools, equipment, materials, and manpower.





· Maintain daily work progress reports and relevant documentation.

· Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and housekeeping standards.

Candidate Profile:

· Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

· 10–12 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/factory or engineering environment.

· Solid knowledge of mechanical equipment, fabrication, maintenance, and shop-floor operations.

· Good manpower handling and team supervision skills.

· Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand technical specifications.

· Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Candidates with experience in heavy engineering/manufacturing plants will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kharagpur, West Bengal
