About the Role

Accountants Service Society is looking for an experienced and passionate Foreign Accounts Trainer to join our professional training team.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training in international accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and accounting software, with a focus on helping students develop industry-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on Foreign Accounting and Bookkeeping.
- Explain accounting concepts using practical, real-world examples.
- Train students on international accounting practices and procedures.
- Provide practical training using accounting software.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Conduct assessments, tests, and practical assignments.
- Guide students in solving accounting and bookkeeping problems.
- Provide individual support and clarification to students.
- Keep training content updated according to industry requirements.
- Help students develop practical accounting and finance skills.
- Maintain student attendance and training records.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding student progress.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in foreign accounting/training.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Practical knowledge of accounting software.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain accounting concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Good interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Candidates with practical industry experience in UAE/GCC accounting will be preferred.
