The Role & Commitment

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented football fan to join our team as a Football Video Data Annotator. This is a fully remote role available as both full and part-time and we welcome applicants from anywhere in the world.

- Flexible Work Quotas: We know part-time schedules vary, so we offer different workload tiers. You have the flexibility to choose the tier that fits your availability—but consistency is vital. Once you commit to a specific quota, you are expected to reliably meet those targets.
- Custom Tooling & Workflow: Working in tandem with our core technology, you will be trained on STREET’s proprietary annotation platform. A key part of your onboarding will be mastering this custom tool and adapting to our specific workflow and data-labeling guidelines.
- Compensation: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 per month for part-time, depending on your chosen workload tier.
- Pathway to Full-Time: While this role begins as part-time, we are always looking to grow our core team. Annotators who consistently deliver high-quality data and demonstrate reliability will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role(with a compensation scale of ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month)..

What You Will Do

Working alongside our automated systems, you will act as a crucial quality-control layer for player stats and help build the foundational datasets that power our technology.

- Event Annotation: Accurately log, time-stamp, and categorize events such as goals, assists, key passes, tackles,



and standout plays to ensure players get the most accurate stats possible.
- Dataset Curation: Assist in structuring, reviewing, and cleaning video datasets used to train and refine our core technology.
- Quality Assurance: Flag any technical anomalies in the footage or the annotation tools.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with our product teams to refine tagging criteria and provide feedback on how to improve the annotation process.

Who You Are

- A Football Purist: You have a deep, intuitive understanding of football rules, tactics, and match flow. You know the difference between a standard pass and a key, line-breaking ball.
- Hyper-Focused: You can watch and analyze football videos for extended periods without losing your attention to detail. Missing a crucial tackle or mislabeling an assist directly impacts the data our players see.
- Tech-Ready: You are comfortable learning new web-based platforms and productivity software. (A stable, high-speed internet connection is mandatory for remote video streaming).
- Reliable & Process-Oriented: You thrive in structured workflows, can meet your committed productivity targets, and manage your time effectively in a fully remote workplace.
- Adaptable: You are open to feedback, willing to learn evolving annotation standards, and clearly communicate any issues in English.
- Bonus: Previous experience in sports analysis, data labeling, or video editing is a plus, but a sharp, analytical eye for the game is the primary requirement.
