Role Description The Footwear Designer role at Lakhani Armaan Group is a full-time, hybrid position based in Faridabad, with some flexibility for work from home. The designer will create original footwear concepts, translate ideas into technical drawings, and develop detailed product specifications for various collections. Day-to-day tasks include working with cross-functional teams on product design and development, preparing mood boards, selecting materials and colors, and refining prototypes based on feedback from production and merchandising.

The role also involves collaborating with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with brand standards,



while staying updated on industry trends and consumer preferences.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Technical Drawing and Product Design, with the ability to convert concepts into accurate design specifications.
- Experience in Industrial Design and Product Development, preferably within footwear, apparel, or consumer products.
- Ability to create compelling Mood Boards and visual presentations that communicate design direction and trends.
- Proficiency with design and illustration software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD tools) and familiarity with 3D modeling tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of materials, lasts, construction techniques, and manufacturing processes used in footwear production.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with design, production, merchandising, and sourcing teams.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Diploma or degree in Footwear Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, or a related field is preferred; relevant industry experience will also be considered.
