Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production activities and monitor quality standards.
- Develop and improve food products, formulations, and recipes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor raw material usage, yields, wastage, and inventory.
- Conduct product trials and support current product launches.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams to optimize processes.
- Prepare production and quality reports.
Requirements:
- Degree in Food Technology,
Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in food manufacturing or food processing.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality management systems.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and team management skills.
- Experience in FMCG or packaged food industry preferred.
