? Role: Domain Trainer – Assistant Baking Technician< /p>

Key Respo nsibilities

- Delive r practical and theoretical training on baking and bakery operations.• Train c andidates in basic bakery production, ingredient handling, mixing, baking, finishing, and hygiene practices.• Demonst rate proper use and handling of bakery equipment and tools.• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.• Conduct practical assessments and monitor trainee performance.• Maintai n training records, attendance, assessments, and other required documentation.• Support trainees in developing industry-relevant skills and workplace practices.





Candidat e

Profile

- Qualif i cation/experience in Bakery, Food Technology, Food Production, Hotel Management, or related fields.• Master’

s in related sector. • Practic al knowledge of baking and bakery production processes.• Good un derstanding of food safety, hygiene, quality control, and kitchen safety.• Strong communication and training skills.• Prior e xperience as a Bakery Trainer, Chef, Bakery Skilled, or Domain Trainer will be an advantage.• Ability to conduct hands-on training and work effectively with trainees from diverse backgrounds.
